Skilled Migrant Visa
A skilled worker visa enables foreign workers to enter or remain in the UK and work for a recognised business.
In order to be eligible for a skilled worker visa, the skilled immigrant must:
- Work for a UK-based company that has received Home Office approval
- Possess a “certificate of sponsorship” from a company outlining the job offer they have received in the UK.
- Get a minimum wage; the amount depends on the task they undertake
- The English language requirement must be met

HOW DO YOU APPLY?
Those who qualify as skilled migrants must:
- Apply with an online valid application
- Give your biometrics (fingerprints and a picture).
- Pay the fee
- Provide any supporting documentation
There are Home Office fees ranging from £625 to £1,423 as well as an NHS Surcharge cost of £624 each year. Additionally, they must demonstrate their ability to support themselves financially and may be required to provide proof that they have £1,270 for each applicant.
Depending on the conditions, we charge £3,500.
YOUR TASKS
If the applicant is given a visa for skilled migrants, they can:
- Stay for a maximum of five years in the UK.
- Bring along eligible partners and kids
- Work at the designated employment for their Sponsor
- Take up a second part-time job
- Study
- Volunteer job
- Travel the UK and other countries
Once the skilled immigrant has travelled this road for five years, they may apply for settlement.
